
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Below are the Terms and conditions for any booking of any activities provided by Paradise Ventures 2 Ltd, trading as Bounce Nation Company number 14009076 whose registered office is located at A2 Alexandra Retail Park, Park Road, Oldham, OL4 1SA and any and all ancillary products at the location set out in Bounce Nation’s booking confirmation (the ‘Activities”).
When you book with Bounce Nation, these Terms and Conditions define the agreement between us and let you know what to expect from Bounce Central and what we expect from you. If you have any questions about our Terms and Conditions, please call our Customer Services team on 0161 622 1060.
BOOKINGS

Bookings are made when we receive the appropriate deposit and receipt of any funds is confirmed by email. Bookings can be made either online, by telephone or on site at our Bounce Nation trading address. Upon receipt of the deposit, this confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions and that you ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these terms and conditions and adhere to them.

All bookings require signing the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer for all attendees prior to participation in all activities.

Any amendments to your booking must be made as soon as possible. Bounce Central shall do its upmost to accommodate any reasonable amendments where possible.

All participants are advised to arrive 25 minutes prior to session to allow for check in and to observe the safety briefing video. Any late arrivals may not be permitted to attend the allocated session and no compensation or refunds will be payable.

Any error or omission in any booking confirmation issued by Bounce Nation is eligible for correction without the client’s liability. Please endeavor to make us aware of any errors on receipt of the booking information

Deposits can be made by debit and credit card. Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable. The balance for any bookings must be paid in full prior to your session starting or your children will not be able to attend session and Bounce Central have the right to refuse access under these circumstances.

Any variation from these terms and conditions shall not be binding unless confirmed in writing by Bounce Central. Where changes to your booking are necessary due to safety or other statutory requirements Bounce Central reserves the right to make these changes.

If any prices are subject to change between the date of booking and the date of your session, neither the client or Bounce Central will be liable for any variation from the price agreed at the time of booking. This also applies to any agreed refunds.

Gift vouchers are none refundable or replaceable in the event of loss, theft or damage. Please ensure that you look after your gift voucher and have it available to present on the day of your session.
PARTY AND GROUP BOOKINGS

Any amendments, requests or special dietary requirements for food and beverage provided by Bounce Nation must be made and confirmed in writing seven clear days prior to session.

Minimum number of guests is ten, any fewer than this your booking will be able to proceed however the minimum charge for ten participants will still apply.

Our party sessions consist of one hour of trampoline/ soft play time and thirty minutes in our designated party area unless otherwise stated/agreed. Your allocated party area must be promptly vacated when the thirty-minute allocation has finished to allow time for preparation for the next party.

Excluding Birthday cakes, all other food and beverages must be provided by Bounce Central, unless prior agreement in writing has been made.

All guests are required to arrive twenty-five minutes prior to your allocated booking and present themselves to your designated party host. Any participants that are excessively late may be refused the right to participate.

Participants under the age of eighteen years require supervision of an adult. Children of four years and below requires direct supervision on the arena by an adult of a ratio no more than three children to one adult.
CHILD SUPERVISION

Bounce Nation does not take direct responsibility for the supervision of children under eighteen years. Our team will however endeavor to ensure that safeguarding measures are adhered too. We recommend that an adult is always on site to adequately supervise where necessary.

Children or adults with special needs that are unable to understand and follow our safeguarding rules always require direct supervision on the activities by a supervising adult for both their and others safety. Please inform a member of staff on arrival and we will endeavor to meet any special requirements where feasibly possible to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible.
4 YEARS AND UNDER “TODDLERS”

Children of four years and under are always considered as vulnerable and require direct supervision on the equipment to help adhere to safeguarding rules. This adult is referred to as the “Supervising adult” in all signage and documentation both on site and on our website and any other forms of media. Supervising adults must check-in as a participant and standard arena rules apply. Bounce Nation provide a quiet zone referred to as our “Toddler area” for use of children and their supervising adult if needed and at the supervising adult’s discretion. Although Bounce Central allows the use of full trampoline arena for all ages, during busier times the supervising adult and child of four years and under may be restricted to use of the Toddler area only at the request of the court martial or management if they deem it is in the interest of the child’s safety. Bounce Central provide direct access to the toddler area if needed, please follow park signage, or ask a member of the team for any queries relating to our toddler safeguarding policies.
GROUP AND PARTY BOOKINGS

All groups and parties under the age of 18 must remain under the supervision of an adult and the organiser must ensure there are enough adults to supervise the party.

For parties or groups of children 4 years and under they require supervising adults on the arena and must be checked in. We recommend at least one adult for every three children. It is the party organiser responsibility to ensure there are sufficient supervising adults to meet the party’s requirements.

A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure a party or group booking. with the balance due on the day of your booking. The final number of participants you pay for and any extras are both non-refundable once paid.
GIFT VOUCHERS
-
Bounce Nation are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged – please look after your voucher carefully and treat it like cash.

Bounce Nation Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for activities (excluding concessions, food & drinks).
-
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
-
No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases.
-
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

Bounce Nation reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. If Bounce Nation decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. Unless the cancellation has been caused by force majeure, then you shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable.

For cancellations of more than 3 days prior to the class or session the session can be transferred to another date. Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice are not entitled to a refund or a transfer. This also applies to late comers and non-attendees.

In the event that it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of Bounce Nation, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Bounce Nation may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates.
SAFETY

Children always remain the responsibility of parents or guardians, Bounce Nation do not provide supervision at any time

Bounce Nation reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice, the safety system or who is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We welcome all children/adults with special needs. However, they must ALWAYS be accompanied and supervised by a responsible carer (age 18yrs plus). At peak times we may not be able to accommodate children or adults with special needs for safety reasons so please contact the park prior to booking and speak with a member of staff.

The Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength, and stamina. Participants are advised to jump within their ability – only the individual knows or understands their own limits and competencies. If you are unsure of whether you can complete a manoeuvre, you should not attempt it. If participants have medical concerns, they are advised to consult their doctor in advance.

Participants certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others.

Participants will not be directly supervisedby an instructor or member of Bounce Central’s staff. A participating adult must accompany all under 5-year olds. One adult is permitted to supervise a maximum of ten under 16-year olds. Supervising adults (whether participating or spectating) must sign a Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer stating that he or she will accept responsibility for their own safety and for the supervision of children in their care.

During off peak periods Bounce Central operates dedicated sessions for toddlers during which children of any age deemed safe by the participating adult will be allowed on the main jump arena. The participating adult must always supervise any toddlers participating in these sessions directly by participating in the session.

Participants need to be able to see similar distances to those required to drive a car to be able to complete the activity and to supervise any under 16’s in their care. Consequently, short- or long-sighted participants must ensure that they wear contact lenses or prescribed glasses, which must be sports type shatterproof glasses.

The Activities comprise physically challenging trampoline and soft play activities and participation is not without risk. Falls can result in serious injury, paralysis, or death. All participants will receive a detailed safety briefing, and the safety rules set out in our Risk Acknowledgement & Disclaimer must always be complied with.

To use the main jump arena at peak times, all participants must be reasonably fit and healthy, and must weigh less than 20.5 stones/130kg. If you have any concerns, we advise that you visit our site at a time prior to your booking and speak to a member of the Bounce Central staff. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will not be allowed to undertake the Activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party meet these requirements.

All participants are always required to act responsibly and courteously and to respect other participants. Bounce Central shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.

All participants are required to wear trampoline socks for grip and hygiene.

Participants must be dressed appropriately and Bounce Nation reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities to any participant who is not appropriately dressed.

Due to the physical nature of the Activities pregnant women should not take part.
-
No refunds or compensation will be payable by Bounce Nation if any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake, or complete the Activities for the reasons set out in this clause.
CLOTHING
-
Bounce Nation trampolines are abrasive and Bounce Nation will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.

It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and Bounce Central advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the activity and which they do not mind getting damaged. The following restrictions shall apply:

a)Participants must wear Bounce Nation grip socks for grip and hygiene
b) Long hair must be tied back
c) No belts, jewellery or other sharp items of clothing that may cause
damage to yourself, the equipment or other participants.
LIABILITIES

Lockers are provided for the convenience of our customers, any items left in the lockers are left at the owners’ risk and Bounce Nation will not accept any liability for loss or damage of any items howsoever caused.

Bounce Nation provides Activities and products without any warranties, express or implied statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions Bounce Nation shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities.

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions any liability of Bounce Nation shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Bounce Nation.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Bounce Nation in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Bounce Nation or of its employees, agents, or contractors

Use of the Parking facilities and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.
REFUNDS AND AMENDMENTS

Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by direct debit. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value.

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions any liability of Bounce Nation shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Bounce Nation.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Bounce Nation in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Bounce Nation or of its employees, agents or contractors

Where multiple forms of payment are used, Bounce Nation reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by credit or direct debit at its discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers/vouchers or discounted group bookings.

The participant consents and agrees to the use by Bounce Nation of CCTV monitoring for health and safety, training, and security purposes. Bounce Nation consents to the participant and members of their group undertaking photography for their own non-commercial purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.

Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
-
Participants consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of maintaining records of who has competed risk acknowledgement and disclaimers on behalf of themselves and any minors in their care and for marketing purposes.

Only food and drink purchased at Bounce Nation is to be consumed on the premises (Excluding baby food/birthday cake).
-
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
-
Any offers or promotions that we run in the park and online are not applicable to bookings already made.
-
Bounce nation reserves the right to make alterations to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
-
We do not sell any personal information collected within the parks to any 3rd party groups, all information is for internal use only.
FORCE MAJEURE

Bounce Nation shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where it is hindered or prevented from carrying out its obligations by any cause outside its reasonable control, including, without limitations, acts of God, acts of Government or other competent regulatory authority, lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law or regulation and accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events). Where a booking cannot be fulfilled for this reason by Bounce Nation, a refund will not be given, but Bounce nation shall at its sole discretion offer an alternative time and date to fulfil the booking.
